1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Flow Bridge Systems products and services. By accessing the platform you agree to them on behalf of your organization. Capitalized terms follow your signed master services agreement where one exists.
2. Use of the service
You may use the platform for lawful business purposes in line with your subscription. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the content and workflows you deploy.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Fees are billed per your order form. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Usage beyond plan limits is billed at the rates in your order form.
4. Service levels
We target 99.9% monthly uptime as defined in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance and excluded from uptime calculations.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data and content. We retain all rights to the platform, components, and underlying technology. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
