1. Overview
Flow Bridge Systems (“we”, “us”) builds intelligent workflows, applications, and data systems for enterprise clients. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to deliver and improve our services.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact details you provide, usage and diagnostic data from our platform, and content you route through workflows you configure. We do not sell personal data. Payment details are processed by our PCI-compliant provider and never stored on our systems.
3. How we use it
To operate and secure the platform, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve product performance. Automated processing is limited to the workflows you explicitly enable, and every run is logged and auditable.
4. Data retention
Operational data is retained for the life of your contract plus 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request export or deletion at any time from your workspace settings.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@flwbrg.com. We respond within 30 days.
